Though some furnitures were too old, generally the room was clean. Staff members were very nice and helpful especially two of the staffs serving breakfast. Breakfast choices were quite diverse and lovely though we did get fed up after 9 days of stay. The only downside is that rubbish bag were left by the door twice and toilet rolls were not topped up so I had to go to reception to get some. It’s well located by Eaton Centre and convenient to travel and shopping. We had a good time.

My stay at the Pantages Hotel in downtown Toronto was Excellent. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was bright and clean and the bathroom!! That was heaven. It was large, had a separate shower with two shower heads. A permanent overhead rainforest style and another that could be hand held hose with several rows with many jets. The bath tub was deep - perfect for a shoulder deep relaxing soak. Talk about relief after a busy day!

The suite was absolutely beautiful, spacious and super clean; it looked just like the photos online. Staff is very friendly. Beautiful hotel and awesome location. Hotel doesn't have parking but there's a good parking garage right across the street. Didn't have a chance to use the amenities o and didn't have breakfast or dinner there but the lobby was very cozy and nice. Would definitely stay again!
