I had a late arrival in Toronto and decided to stay near the airport. Very nice hotel, the check-in was a breeze. The shuttle was a plus, but I do want to point out that unlike other hotel shuttles that just come to the airport every 15-20 minutes, you have to call and request a pick-up to ensure someone is coming to get you.

Overnight stay before an early morning flight. The directions for the shuttle bus from the airport weren’t clear so after waiting half an hour I phoned only to find they came to a different pick up point to all the other shuttles. Luckily there was a shuttle nearby so he diverted to pick us up. Going back to the airport was straightforward- we were booked in for a particular time and checked off a list. The room was clean and comfortable. Sadly we left too early to have breakfast.

Hotel was decent with nice laundry facilities and somewhat updated rooms. Hallways feel stale but rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Of note, they only clean the rooms every two days so you have to ask for tjings if you run out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Its convenient location close to the airport made it an excellent choice, and the shuttle service was fantastic. The shuttle staff were friendly, helpful, and made getting to and from the airport easy and stress-free. The front desk staff were also warm and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hallways and common areas were well maintained. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast—it had a nice variety of options, and everything i tried was tasty. Overall, I was pleased with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the convenient airport location and excellent service.
