Amazing view, close to the tram, affordable luxury!

It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again

Pleasant friendly staff, well appointed rooms and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to the airport. Good food and reasonably priced.

The hotel is very nice. I specifically booked this hotel because it stated on the booking website that it had an airport shuttle; highlighting this as "a rare find". Very disappointed to find on our arrival that it did not have a shuttle and cost an additional $80 in transport fees. Our room was a fabulous king suite with balcony views. The location was excellent. We stayed just one night before flying out the next morning so we did not have time to enjoy the hotel as much as we'd like.

Location was good. Parking was very good. Staff was very helpful.

Absolutely blown away by room, size was great, balcony overlooked pool, beautiful pool area, Only one thing , was reception closed at 7 and didn't open next day till after 8. This was not ideal as we needed towels and also , wanted to checkout early and had paid cash as a deposit, so had to wait, Otherwise location and comfort were amazing!!

There are a lot of activities for families.

Best location in Redcliffe i think. Located on Sutton beach, nice restaurant and easy walking to retail. Staff is the best, five star. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I had booked a hostel and could no longer take sharing a room. Hostel single rooms are the same as a nice room in a hotel. Hotel Diana was a breath of fresh air. Arrived around 10am, check-in was at 2pm. They accommodated me and I was in my room by 11am. Came with a bottle of wine (okay because it was free) for VIP members. This is an excellent location. Minutes from the marina, aquarium (well worth the visit) and shopping. There are a lot of great upgrades and this is very clean. The staff was ultra friendly and could not have been more accommodating. This is truly a mom and pop 5 star hotel, and make sure you engage with Peter. You will feel the pride and caring he has in his hotel.

It was very nice

The apartment was new and spacious. There is a large balcony and a table for dining or relaxing outdoors. The full kitchen was reasonably equipped.
