This was great hotel, in a fantastic location. We had a balcony room at the front of the building and it had a great view. My only criticism is that breakfast finishes very early for a hotel that is in a holiday location but we did find plenty of options around the city. Always feels nice to stay there whenever we visit cairns to service the car or for shopping. Feels nice to return to it after being out and around Cairns for the day. Buffet breakfast always lovely. The hotel is centrally located to the esplanade, marina, town. Several good restaurants nearby. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The room was good size but the finishes are dated and finishes needs updating particularly the bathroom which was very small.
