Great check-in staff. Quick and easy. Car parking available but you should book … and it is quite expensive. Black fire restaurant serves good food. The accommodation is well situated … easy walking distance to most places. Room was clean and tidy and in good condition. Lifts were quick with little waiting. Many coffee shops and eateries nearby. Worth a visit.

Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center and weekend markets in the botanic gardens. The pool, sauna and gym are great. You have convenient takeout and bottle shop directly across the road for anything you might need. Only downfall is the construction work can be a little loud sometimes but that is out of the hotels control. I've thoroughly enjoyed multiple stays here.

The room was perfectly fine, bed was comfy, staff great. Some things that could be improved to make it excellent: Lighting could have been better either in the room or bathroom, hard if you are doing make up for a special event as it was quite dark. A second chair would be useful if you want to eat in the room and dishwashing soap would be handy so you can wash and reuse dishes.

This is an awesome hotel!!! The front desk staff are wonderful and caring!!! My husband had a medical issue, and they were extremely helpful and empathetic!!! The facility had free laundry machines and dryers and also a nice gym!!! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again!!!!
