We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large very well appointed and clean. We were lucky and our room opened directly onto the pool area , which was nice. The location is really good. Easy walking to everything you need including the marina, great restaurants and shops. There is limited onsite parking so you may miss out if a lot of guests are driving. There are street parking options nearby. Our only disappointment was a terrible customer service experience with one of the reception team. I don’t think it reflects the hotel policy or other team members approach so suggest you ask for another person if you encounter them.

Efficient check-in but apparently need to request carpark access when making reservation as car spaces are limited. However, recommend on-street parking around the corner in The Esplanade. Even better you can use the Parking App to create a parking session from your room in the morning!! Recommend the Superior Corner rooms for space and the magnificent 270 deg views. Staff and house keeping were excellent. If you do not need the overly hot doona ask for a light blanket. Didn’t use the restaurant for dinner or breakfast as so close to alternative venues.
