"Excellent airport hotel--perhaps the best airport hotel that I have stayed at. Modern and spotless rooms with comfortable beds, an excellent bathroom and shower. Good restaurant with very good Indian food. The transportation back and forth from the airport was much appreciated. The airport itself is poorly organized and when you exit the airport, you enter pandemonium. So having someone from the hotel pick you up is essential."

The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away. She was actually taking time to look into your problems, solving them and suggesting stuff to make you stay even better. She's amazing"
