Everything was absolutely perfect. The Superior Room with a balcony was comfortable and well appointed, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were truly exceptional. Special recognition goes to Simon, the concierge and the first member of staff we encountered, whose genuine smile and helpfulness made an excellent first impression. Florence in the breakfast room was equally wonderful, with her warm personality providing a delightful start to each day. Valerie, the breakfast manager, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by introducing us to his colleagues in management at the Kempinski sister property, Acacia Hotel in Kisumu, ahead of our arrival. Thanks to his thoughtful assistance, we received a complimentary upgrade and exceptional hospitality. Breakfast was consistently delicious and beautifully presented, while dinner at the Asian fusion restaurant was equally outstanding. The only area for improvement would be the traffic noise experienced throughout the night. Upgrading the windows with improved soundproofing would greatly enhance guests' comfort and ensure a more peaceful night's rest. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, made particularly memorable by the outstanding service and genuine warmth of the staff.

Lovely hotel, room is spacious & clean. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Feel very safe with the security at the hotel. Spa is amazing, pool area is wonderful and the pool is just the right temperature. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice including custom made eggs to order. Vast variety of juices and fruit. Coffee is exceptionally delicious. Food in the Arabic restaurant is also very tasty. Love this hotel, can’t say enough good things!
