It’s a beautiful hotel, very well maintained and with excellent amenities. We have stayed at the Radisson blu , upper hill twice within a short period of time and found the service provided by all staff, the food and the ambience to be impeccable. It’s become our favourite hotel to stay in Nairobi. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff is absolutely lovely and helpful. I was stuck in meetings for three days straight and never left the hotel. Even though I got tired of it, the buffet is very good for both lunch and breakfast. The pizza at the bar is fantastic, the pizza in room service is awful. Definitely a good place to have a meeting or to stay.

No greeting or help with bags but the receptionist helped us and gave us a washer when we asked (given we had just come from the Mara). Hot tub was good, fish and chips were excellent
