"This was my second stay at the property and it was much nicer than first stay. Primary because I had a room in the "West Tower" where the room I had was much nicer than the room I had during my first stay, which was in a differentarea of the hotel. My room this time was modern, clean with a nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff and service were excellent both times, I just felt the better room made the stay much more pleasant. The complimentary shuttle to and from LAX is fantastic, 24 hours a day every 30 minutes. I would not hesitate to stay again, but will be sure to request the west tower on a future visit."
