"Habitación grande , camas cómodas , almohadas finas , calurosa (se arregla poniendo el aire a 24/25*) El baño tiene poca presión la ducha y fuerte en la pileta . Al estar la canilla muy separada se llena de agua alrededor de esta . En nuestra ducha se filtraba agua por la esquina de la mampara contra el piso por lo que debíamos colocar una toalla para contenerla . Usamos el snack bar y la comida no fue buena (los burritos secos y pasados de cocción y caros para la cantidad y calidad) Las indicaciones del estacionamiento son muy confusas en la página. Nosotros llegamos de tarde , la recepciónista nos indicó que había 14 lugares y estaba lleno por toda nuestra estadía , que podíamos estacionar en la calle gratis . Cuando profundizamos este aspecto , la Información no era totalmente exacta.1) en Austria se puede parar hasta las 9 de la mañana y después es de pago . Además es limitado a 3 Hs por lo que hay que constantemente renovarlo . Te multan muy rápido si no cumplís . Al otro día , la recepcionista de la mañana nos indicó que el hotel tiene 2 pisos de parking y que había lugar de sobra . Estacionamos ahí por 20 euros que cobra el hotel y es más económico y menos complicado que pagar de 9 a 19 cada 3 Hs . La recepciónista de la noche ( que fue muy amable) no está bien informada en este aspecto"

"The room smelled like the breath of the last 28 guests and their ancestors all the way to Mozart accumulated over time. It clearly had NOT been ventilated for months and that caused the air to smell stuffy and stale. Extremely unpleasant. And on top of that the AC did NOT work (despite the fact that the Expedia ad clearly says it includes AC). When we confronted the front desk about it they dismissed our complaint and told us to “open the window” (excuse me??? It was cold and rainy outside!!). We had to ask for a fan to have air circulating at least. Even when we complained to Expedia they still refused to do something about it supposedly because “it was a cold day” totally dismissing that the issue was NOT the temperature it was the smell. To make matters worse the bathroom had terrible water pressure and the “shower” is in a bathtub which makes it difficult (and dangerous) to use, especially for an older guest. And did I mention the room is on top of a staircase? Yes! Even if you come tired from an 8 hour train carrying 20kg+ luggage. You will still need to carry them up a staircase just to reach your room. Terrible for me as I was traveling with my 64 year old mom. And yeah, the TV was old (not a smart TV) and had nothing on except for German language shows. So not even that could help us relax in that horrible room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel especially considering the amount of options in the central area. Not coming back. "
