Fantastic accommodations with a great location in the heart of Innsbruck. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go and the top floor rooms had sunrooms which were incredible.

8/10 Very good

Wonderful classical hotel in perfect location, very short walk from the train station and right by the historic old town. The top floor spa and small terrace are great facilities too. Only gripe was the absence of air conditioning making the room very warm, but at least a small opening window and a fan allowed for airflow. Staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful.

6/10 Good

Clean room at a central location. However it's not a four-star experience by any measure. The rooms are small and feel outdated. Bed linen feels cheap. No AC makes this place a no-go in the summer. Breakfast was nothing special.

6/10 Good

We stayed in this hotel during a significant heat wave. The available air conditioning in our room was not sufficient, and the outdoor patio was closed up so that the heat from that small space radiated into the bedroom space. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent.

It’s 2 streets away from the busiest street but it was very quiet. So near where everything is happening. Breakfast was so good! They have a coffee machine the makes u espresso from fresh beans that’s very high tech! They have juicer too! Fresh apples and carrots in the morning!
