This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Leitenhof. The royal chalet was perfect for us and had more than everything we needed for 8 days of skiing. Skiwelt was a short drive away, and if you don't have a car (or don't want to park at the ski resort) a shuttle runs frequently. The food was great, the staff wonderfully attentive, and in general it was a perfect getaway! Would absolutely stay again!

We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep.
