Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect and is easily walkable to the bus stops and the main tourist locations in Innsbruck. Our room was definitely a good size for our family of four and had a beautiful view of the Alps. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was delicious.
