Amazing location, and a very welcoming hotel. Just steps away from tons of restaurants and shops, short walk to the mountain lift. If you drive, plan to park in a lot/garage across the river, but it's a very quick walk.

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect and is easily walkable to the bus stops and the main tourist locations in Innsbruck. Our room was definitely a good size for our family of four and had a beautiful view of the Alps. The staff was helpful, and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here if we came to Innsbruck again!

Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus.

Great hotel. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for 4 of us. It’s very spacious, nice and clean. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is pretty good. It’s about 5 mins walk over the bridge to the bus stop.
