"The hotel itself was wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange transportation to/from and helped with excursions. Very responsive!! The beds were comfortable and very warm. They also provided heaters. Laundry service was very reasonably priced as well. We liked it so much we booked our next stay already!"

The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was spacious and well maintained, and the breakfast had a great selection of food. We truly appreciated the excellent service and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco and would happily stay here again!"

"Excellent hotel. Great location near the main plaza, easily walkable. Great onsite amenities such as the breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Only downside was that our room faced the street and was very noisy at night"
