El servicio de lavandería siempre eficiente, lo dejas y al día sig està listo. El lugar era limpio y el personal siempre muy amable. Me hicieron sentir segura y agusto todo el tiempo."

"Fantastic hotel! I can’t say enough about how lovely and friendly the staff is, how delicious and fresh the breakfast is, how comfortable the bed is. We stayed at several other hotels, both in Cusco and in Aguas Calientes, this is by far the one we have most enjoyed. San Blas is a great neighborhood, definitely a bit of a climb from the Plaza de Armas, but filled with art galleries, great restaurants and more."

"Stayed for 4 nights with my family. The room even if a little small, was clean and functional. Location is convenient and breakfast has a lot of options. There is no room service it looks like, could not find the restaurant menu in room."

"This boutique hotel is definitely quite unique in term of decor. The comforter is probably the softest I have felt in hotels. Though the rooms are not very soundproof and my room had window with exterior street view. The breakfast staff were very helpful making eggs to order."

"The room was spotless and had a lovely scent. It was a bit chilly on the day so the radiator in the room was a fantastic addition. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super attentive and kind. Would definitely stay again!"
