I stayed in Room 112 (single room) and Room 205 (double room). Room 112 (and 111) was somewhat isolated from the rest of the building; so it was very quiet but was a bit cold and the heater didn't fully work. From Room 205, I could hear neighbors talking and some guest arriving late at night, but it was still quiet most of time. Everyone on the staff was kind and considerate. I liked the quietness of the San Blas neighborhood. I will stay again in this area if I ever go to Cusco again.

The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the night staff was not very attentive during my stay. The doors to the hotel lock around 10-11pm and if I arrived after that time I would have to ring the bell many times and wait 5-10 min for staff to open the door. Other than that, staff were very kind and they will keep your bags for you while you go to MachuPicchu!

The staff were very helpful and even helped call a taxi for us. I loved the backyard at the hotel and the San Blas neighborhood — it’s easy to walk around with lots of great restaurants and cafés. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, as long as you don’t mind walking up a small hill.
