The experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. The property had a lovely view of the city, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredible helpful. They went above and beyond in every regard including holding our suitcases while we were hiking the Inca trail, arranging transportation to and from the airport, and providing us with meals / any other accommodations we requested. Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times. The Pres Suite (Expedia promoted as 1 left and there is only 1) is right above a music conservatory who practices from midday until evening, except weekends. Staff is very accommodating and they make a great latte. The streamed jazz in the main hall was a plus. Ample teas and things to make altitude adjustment easier.
