Perfect stay in Berlin. Staff are so friendly and helpful, property in a great spot. So nice to have a kitchen and I thoroughly enjoyed my balcony on the river!
Nice hotel in a perfect location if you are going to an event at the Uber Arena. Close to the S and U bahn so you can travel around Berlin easily and good dining options a few steps away
Super Value - Clean and comfortable, nice staff, nice parks next. A bit far from the city center, but the M4 tram (about 8 minutes walking) is available almost 24h a day.
AMAZING! This is a 5 star boutique hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel. This was our first trip to Berlin from NYC for 4 days. The hotel is located in the transitional, hip gay friendly Kreuzberg neighborhood. It felt chill and relaxed away from the tourist hoards in Mitte. A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.
Everything was perfect.
There was one odd exception. We were 2 people in the room, 2 sinks in the bathroom, yet were rationed with one tube of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for our 3 day stay. When I left the used tube open to have them notice it is empty, they closed it and put it back for the next day. So I bought the toiletries I needed.
It was only on our last day that we were paid an evening visit by the staff to rearrange the bed, add a towel and a sweet.

I liked the location across the street from a section of the Berlin Wall and adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Local restaurants were excellent and there is a mall within walking distance. Several Hop-on and Hop-off busses were also close. Well placed! the staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area.
Would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Berlin. Excellent location, convenient to transportation in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of choices to eat within walking distance. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was outstanding. Each tool is individually decorated, the beds are super comfortable and the bathroom has the best Rain shower head combo system ever! The garden and courtyard are lovely and there is a spa on site. We loved our stay.
