The automated check-in and check-out is well intended but several guests and I all seemed to have issues that required the person at the check-in stand to intervene. The phone as my room key also did not function correctly and we had to have keys made (easily done at the check-in kiosks). The amenities seemed nice, the location was great for walking and for making connections from the Central Station, and the area felt lively but safe.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice during our trip to Germany—once at the beginning of our vacation and again after returning from our 11-day cruise—and both experiences were excellent. The staff was consistently warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They truly went above and beyond when our luggage was delayed by the airline and we had to leave for our cruise without it. Once our luggage finally arrived, the hotel safely stored it for us during our entire cruise, giving us tremendous peace of mind. Returning after 11 days and knowing our belongings were waiting for us was such a relief. The level of care and customer service we received was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was cordial, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping make our stay as smooth as possible. We are very grateful for their kindness and support and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff. Unfortunately very poor mobile connection inside the hotel. And their WiFi is marked as 'not secure' when you want to log in. The poor network also causes problems when you use the hotel's 'digital key'. Their online check-out is also difficult to understand. I ended up being checked out at 01.00 am, after which my digital key did not work
