"Intercity Budapest is beautiful and modern. Convenience, in a large city is premium and Intercity's location is ideal. We believe we get an exceptional stay for a fair price. But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family. It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care. This is our third summer staying at Intercity Budapest. Each return visit, we are welcomed, recognized, and treated like family. We will repay this kindness with our loyalty. E & R "
