As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Love the place, the food, the amenities. The room and around areas were clean. The staff was great and always working to address my concerns and answer any question we have.
The laundry area was clean and ease to used 24/7. The machines were turn on via an app. 10 minutes walk from a main train station.

The hotel was perfect for our weekend stay. One of the most important things for me is for a hotel to be clean and it definitely was. The staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great. The location was slightly outside the city center but close to two metro stops and two bus lines so getting around was easy. I would recommend this hotel and I would go back as well.
Really loved staying here! We booked pretty late for our trip so we knew that this hotel was not near the city center. However it was a 5 min walk to the nearest metro station and then a 30 min metro ride to the center of Madrid which goes by a lot faster than you think. We were worried about using the metro but it was actually pretty easy!

Excellent location. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate and decorated beautifully. This is my 2nd time staying here. Lovely hotel. Breakfast is amazing. While not close to all the major museums, it is extremely close to the buses that will take you to them in minutes. Also, only about 3 blocks from the bus/train station. Bus 200 will take you from/to Madrid Barajas airport. If I ever come back to Madrid, I will stay here.
Incredibly unique styling and decor of the hotel. Each floor had it's own futuristic design (favorite was the 4th floor!) Concierge was extraordinary in helping us get the right room and make flight changes. Breakfast was outstanding, mixing "western" styles with the local cuisine. Room was great, nothing to complain about. Also gym room was pretty good. I picked this hotel as it was very close to M7, so easy to get to and get back from Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano. Lots of shops nearby, a big Lidl right next to the hotel, great restaurants in a walking distance. Easy to get to the airport, if you dont have luggage, with the same metro. I am a fan of Barcelo hotels but not of this one, i felt a little disappointed for the cost of the stay, but being in Madrid explained why is such this way. I uber most of the time and cost varies depending on time of the day but with a big increment for busy hours, the room was comfortable and quiet we had street view. Later in my stay i discovered that the metro stationPlaza Castilla, was in walking distance from there but I can’t say much because did not ride the it. There are few options...
Great stay! Close to decent restaurants, museums, and important destinations. We arrived early before official check-in time and they promptly gave us a room…a huge relief for weary travelers. Service was top-notch.
