Excelent location , the hotel es located 1 min walk to the metro station “el Carmen” , right behind the hotel there’s a market building of the district ventas , the hotel room is spacious but the defect is the carpet looks like old and not so clean . The breakfast is varied , staff are kind .

This was our 5th time there. There’s no way we use another (unless it’s fully booked as happened to us this time on the beginning of our trip). It feels like home. We can rest very comfortably in the best beds with the best pillows (this is a must for us!). It has great access to public transportation and a it’s very short trip to the airport. Also, Silvia is always nice with us! She’s the best and we always look forward to be fortunate enough to cross paths with her. I will always be grateful for her attentions.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean and tidy. Also very quiet give the street location. We would have preferred a king bed instead of two beds pushed together as these didn’t have a sheet that covered both either so you could fall though. Location was great, near a metro and the Ventas Bullring. Would stay again
