It is an ok hotel. Not worth the money though. The gentleman who helped me to check in was helpful and knowledgeable. But other staff at the reception were just cold ish without much character. I expect a bit more from the NH hotel group. The bathroom fan did not work well (or did not work at all). There steam built up after having a quick shower. You felt like you were in a sauna after having a shower. It was stuffy. It made the room hot too as a result. There were not much amenities in room and bathroom. You had to ask for slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc… There were no bottled water, kettle or tea or coffee in room. You have to ask for them. I think they are basic things nowadays if you pay £160 per night (without breakfast). The room is rather small without view. Not sure why it costs so much in my opinion.
