This property was a dream. Definitely opt for am ocean view room with a larger balcony - you will not regret it. Convenient beach club and rooftop pool, bar and restaurant with breathtaking views. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I generally do not enjoy breakfast buffets but this one was great. A little bit of a walk to other restaurants and shops, but there are always Ubers within 1 minute. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the airport to Castle hill from the 4 th floor room, Spacious terrace and living room looking out at the water, large bedroom and kitchen area with most everything needed to prepare meals, Dining out was quite expensive so we saved a lot by eating in, convenient location, short walk to beach and bus stop, the hotel staff was helpful with bus routes and other info, the back door of the hotel exits onto California blvd where there were atms and stores to...

The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.

From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.

Amazing trip!

Wonderful accommodations and friendly attentive staff.

Completely and architecturally redesigned. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioned rooms. Excellent location. Professional yet relaxed and attentive family owned and managed. Many thanks.

Out of all of the hotels my family and I stayed in over our three-week travels throughout Europe, this hotel has by far the friendliest staff we’ve ever come across. They make you feel that you’re the most important person in the world.

Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.

Beautiful location, old school charm. Quiet hotel, but outside can be loud if you have windows open. Hotel cannot control that, it is part of the price of being on the main coastal street. Great view. If arriving at night, hotel 15 from Nice airport. 15 min walk to old town Nice. Numerous bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of old Nice! Close to everything. Large comfortable and clean rooms. Very nice and helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms and welcoming, helpful staff. Food and drinks were excellent. Price is high but worth it

Very nice hotel! Spacious room

This was our 1st trip to Nice for a period of 4 days over the Christmas holiday and my family loved this hotel so much that my daughter wanted to write this review, which is enclosed below. "We loved it because it was very beautiful with all of the Christmas lights and the lovely beach only a few steps away. Electric scooters were rentable for a fun, convenient stroll. The front desk gave us ornaments to welcome us on our first day which was Christmas. In fact, we were upgraded to a...

A truly fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of the city. Traveling as a solo female I felt safe and loved the beautiful decorations in the room, which was also quite large! Very walkable to everything including public transport, the beach, and old town. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again, thanks for a wonderful stay!
