Unfortunately, our first impression was ruined by a very rude check-in experience with one receptionist. She struggled to find our reservation, eventually finding it under my first name instead of my last name. She then insisted that the room had not been paid for. When I tried to show her my booking confirmation number and payment receipts, she completely dismissed my attempts. Once she finally handed over the keys, she never went over hotel amenities, breakfast hours and location or any other guest services. Aside from this initial encounter, all other hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout the rest of our stay. While the property and the rest of the team are excellent, the frontline customer service during check-in needs serious improvement."
