Staff was very nice and hotel has a a good location near trainstation and shopping (lafayette). Staff is also available and in the reception 24/7, felt very safe. Rooms and hotel is very basic, nothing extra. Cleanliness was ok, but curtains and walls was a bit dirty and in need of a fix. But slept well and got what I paid for. Rooms are not isolated so all noise from the hallway and closing of doors feels like its in your own room, but hotel was quiet and had no issues with noise during the night,

Staff was very welcoming and helpful! The room and shower were so tiny, but it worked to sleep and shower. The room wasn’t dirty but also didn’t feel clean. The mattress definitely did not feel like Sleep Number, as springs were noticeable and noisy when moving. Curtains in the stairway were filthy. The check in desk being part of a coffee shop threw me off also. Area of the hotel is iffy as there seems to be some riff raff around that area being in the center of town (normal for any city).
