Nice clean hotel with kitchen and balcony a couple of blocks from Promenade des Anglais. Not city center but close to buses and trams that take you to where you want to go. Great place to stay in Nice around a 30 mins walk to the old town. Shops, cafes and bars are closer along a few main roads from the hotel. Lots of choice! Room nice and clean, basic but everything needed for a weeks stay and air con was much needed! Bonus balcony and basic kitchen cleaning products.
