10/10 Exceptional

Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Location was great-close to the beach and promenade and where the majority of the restaurants and shops are but far enough away to be very quiet in the evenings. Hotel itself was very quiet and well maintained. Access to local transit was very good. Had a number of very good restaurants within a one block radius.

Charming hotel in a fantastic part of Paris. On a pedestrian street with cafes, bakery, ATM, grocery store and close to several metro stops. Rooms are small but the location more than makes up for it. I will stay here again!

Great location, good breakfast and excellent staff. Perfect stay for few days with very good air condition. Make sure to get a superior room to fit comfortably especially if you have big luggages…

Great place to stay. 2 min walk from the beach, 15 min walk from Old Town. Staff are kind and attentive. Free croissants and water occasionally too!

Nice AC. Room was a little small. The staff were friendly and phenomenal people

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean and functional. The bed was uncomfortable and the towels were a little rough and kind of gray looking. Knowing what I know now, I'd take the money ($2300 for 6 nights) and stay in Old Nice. I know we stayed here over Grand Prix weekend (which we didn't attend) but $450 a night is overpriced for what you get.
