All the way from check in to check out the front desk staff was always available nice and polite. We had extra and unexpected requests the staff helped and took care of us. My husband loved the pillows lol. We enjoyed our stay no issues with the key cards like many other places we've stayed.

The room smelled pretty bad. Almost like mold or mildew. Had to open the window to air it out. There was a pair of dirty socks next to the bed. The side enterance didnt work with our key card. Which is where we had to park at night. The air worked thankfully & the front desk girl was nice.
