It was an amazing and unique experience, one of the best hotels i been to, perfect for couples who want to get away and want something different from the typical hotel experience, very secluded and one of the best views in all acapulco, definitely gonna try and go back as soon as posible.
Loved the staff, everyone at the Holiday Inn Isla location are incredible friendly, helpful and professional! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The area is very walkable many great restaurants and shopping near by. Also very close to Barra Vieja beautiful beaches.

Had a great stay. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the room was spotlessly clean, and the restaurant was great. The pools are a nice amenity. And the hotel is convenient to the airport and the resorts on the coast. I would stay here again for sure.
Loved my stay here! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and always restocked. Everytime we ordered room service they will be quick and polite. We enjoyed the adult pool and drinks. The only bad thing we’re the elevators they were out of service twice so it was a wait for only one elevator in use. Already have my stay booked for next year!
I stayed here for almost 1 month and never had a problem. I do not speak Spanish and everything seamed to work out just fine. The staff spoke some English and they some how knew my face and room number automatically. The cleaning crew kept the place spotless and my room was cleaned so well that i skipped cleanings 2 and sometimes 3 days at a time.
