I am fortunate to find this hotel. The amenities were perfect. The hotels reviews are understated. Staff and properties delivered much more than I thought and much more than most require. I wanted a nice, quiet environment where I could relax without the hustle and bustle a typical beach environment brings. I didn't want vendors bothering me every few moments nor share a beach with 200 other strangers. This is why Capella was an excellent choice! The rooms with a private-edge infinity pool are a must for couples wanting to relax by the pool with a nice drink in hand. We will be back!

Every single member of the staff was friendly, respectful, considerate, and earnest. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world, including in Hawaii, and I have never come across a more caring staff. The attitude toward the guest is "this is your home."
