El problema es la facturación. Ya que no quieren facturarte porque haces la reserva por la aplicación. Se niegan rotundamente hasta darte un recibo. Por otro lado solicité la opción de pagar a la llegada y la aplicación de todas formas me hizo el cobro de forma automática. Ya van dos veces que hace eso. Voy a tener que ya casi no ocupar la aplicación de hoteles. Com

La habitación estuvo super limpia, el personal muy amable, el aire acondicionado sirve muy bien y todo estuvo excelente, es el mejor hotel que pude encontrar y no me arrepiento, me gustaría volver a este mismo Lo único malo fue que en la noche no sirvió la tele por lo saturado, y que el internet llega bajito, y que no hay Refri (me pareció leer que si jaja) pero son detalles, todo lo demás es muy bueno, agua calientita para bañarse por cierto, 9.5 de 10

Es un alojamiento muy agradable y muy bonita su arquitectura, las habitaciones muy limpias y el mobiliario en buen estado y la cama super confortable. Casi siempre que voy a Acapulco esta es mi primera opción. Esta en una zona muy tranquila y segura, con lugares variados para comer y caminar con confianza.
