From the time we arrived the hotel staff seemed very unwilling to take make you feel welcome, front desk seems to be more interested in coworkers conversation and her cell phone rather than accommodating the guests arriving. We like this hotel because of their friendly staff, the area and the swimming pools. But this hotel needs to remodel their rooms and fix their elevators. Elevators were a huge problem, long waits and saw so many people frustrated. Last time we were in this hotel was like 5 years ago and they had the same issues with the elevators but this time it was worst.

Well, the room we had 928 on 9th floor. Air conditioner had a really strong smell of feces, so strong like sewer. We notified reception like 4 times. Person came to check but bad smell remains. So they were having some pipe problems so some were being changed but smell so bad. Finally they moved us to 1028 10th floor and once again issues came up, sink was clogged up and head shower 🚿 was missing, so when I turned on water splash all over.

My niece came to have lunch with me and the front desk guy wanted 510. Pesos to let her in. I said how much are you going to pay me for the dirty water in the bathroom?. RUDE!! Check out that day. The staff needs to be considerate of guests.!!
