Leonardo Hotel Cork
8/10 Good
"This is a well-located hotel in the centre of Cork, near the railway station and bus station (from the railway station, use the exit on the south side via the subway). I found the room a bit hot as I stayed during a heatwave and there is no air conditioning. A fan was provided. The window opened onto a busy street so there was some noise at night. The room was a bit tired but pretty clean; there were some dusty lampshades which could easily have been seen to. Breakfast was from a buffet and there was plenty to choose from. Absolutely fine at this price point."
The River Lee Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed the bar and dining areas. The room was renovated and lovely. The view from our room was also great. The staff was really helpful and we would stay here again."
Imperial Hotel
8/10 Good
"We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The floor was creaky and the armoire rattled loudly when you walked around the room. It was a clean, large room and the mattress was excellent. It was very quiet except for the last night when I was awakened by the sounds of a band and drumming. Popped my earplugs in and went back to sleep. One major issue was that we were unable to change the temperature or the heat/air conditioner setting in the room. We had to ask the front desk to change it 3 times. Our friends stayed in the newer section for more money and their room was much nicer. I think it would have been worth the cost."
Isaacs Hotel Cork City
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel with a beautiful terrace including a waterfall. Great place to enjoy a cocktail! The room was clean and well appointed. We had a great dinner at Greens Restaurant."
WatersEdge Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely stay at the WatersEdge Hotel, staff very friendly & welcoming. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot & cold food. Parking under the hotel was very nice didn’t have to walk far loaded with our cases/bags. Will definitely stay there again when visiting, we had a sea view room & loved seeing the ships passing & not to mention the cruise ship which parked right outside our window. Excellent hotel worth a visit if you’re staying in Cobh. 😊"
The Kingsley
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful stay at The Kingsley — great experience overall!"
Maldron Hotel South Mall Cork City
10/10 Excellent
"Fabulous stay, very comfortable hotel with all the local amenities close by"
The Dean Cork
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean room, staff friendly and breakfast was very good, and great location close to town and Irish Rail. Didn’t realize that the Dean was in Galway and Dublin would have stayed there also. I know for next time when we go back :)"
Commodore Hotel
8/10 Good
"The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. It was very warm in the room. But, my biggest concern was that our bathroom window was on the fire scape and did not close or latch. Someone could have walked right into the room."
