Lovely new trendy hotel in a great location. Very cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Building work going on around the hotel currently causing some disruption for dropping off bags etc but otherwise a great place to stay. Next to the station so very convenient for getting to Cobh and elsewhere.

Super clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel! Everything is beautiful and carefully thought out. The room itself is a tad bit small but still works! The AC didn’t go below 18c and barely would blow during the heatwave Ireland was having and the drain in the shower wouldn’t drain so you stood in water. Other than that I would still recommend this hotel!

We had an amazing two night stay in The Dean, Cork. We are doing a roadtrip around Ireland and this was by far the best hotel. The pool and gym are fantastic and the bed was also very comfy. Whilst the room was small, we still had everything we needed. The window seat was a nice touch too. We directly overlooked the train station which we weren’t disturbed by. The only pain is dragging your cases across bridges from the car park they recommend to park in. We got this for €16 a day. We explored local towns like Cobh and Kinsale too. A lovely place!

We stayed at the Dean Cork on a 8-day road trip around Ireland. Since we were driving a car we had hired, it took us a little bit of time to figure out the parking (in the train station parking lot). Staff at the Dean explained it to us and it made sense once we had parked. It was also easy to walk to the older part of Cork and to the English Market--maybe 15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Very noisy in every room, the tracks are running just outside the building. The gym is really well equipped. The rooms are really small. I don’t know how can you operate 3rd floor if the elevators can’t be used from this floor.
