Hotel was nice, nice food in the bar and the location was perfect for what we needed. Only issue was some earwigs crawling around bathroom floor and shower, wouldn't put me off staying here again but maybe rooms need to be sprayed. Bed was very comfortable and room was a nice size. Shower was very good once earwigs were washed down the drain first.

Room was nice. Staff very friendly, courteous and helpful. Restraunt and bar are great. There are only 3 free parking spaces nearby and the rest is paid parking 8:00 to 6:30 pm and the enforcement is very aggressive.

Nice clean room. Basic. No parking. Had to get up early to pay for public parking before clampers came on duty. Staff friendly and helpful. Noise from air conditioning on roof was too loud in bedroom. Receptionist took note of that. Ideal location in Douglas.

The staff were amazing: attentive and chatty, eager to share useful advice about the hotel and surrounding area. We ate at the hotel and the food in the bar was fabulous - I’d highly recommend their spice box dishes. Beautiful cocktails too! There are a vast range of shops and local restaurants nearby as well as a shopping mall. Parking outside the hotel is chargeable during the week but free on Saturday evenings and all day Sunday. The room was large with a balcony which was lovely; spotless and spacious. The bed was so comfy. Lovely duvet- I’d prefer a softer feather pillow but that’s personal preference! There are tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. The bathroom was a little dated and had some minor cleaning issues but it was fine. Our stay was a very reasonable price and for the money, was good value. The stars of the show were the staff- especially on reception, the chatty security guard and the waiter in the bar.

Room cleaning was poor. There was tablet/pill on the floor that I noticed on my first day and it was still there when I left 3 days later! Also my room was infested with silverfish!!! It was warm weather and therefore the room was very hot as there is no air conditioning in this hotel. I asked for a fan and was told they don’t have any!!!! Ten rooms at average of €160 a night equals €1600 a night- buy some fans!!!! I will NOT be back.

Hôtel propre, et personnel très serviable. Mais c’est côté équipement que le bas blesse. Literie extrêmement inconfortable (matelas très dur), et oreillers extrêmement cheap (j’ai du m’en fabriquer un avec des serviettes de toilette pour ne pas avoir un torticolis tellement il était dur). Pas de climatisation et une chaleur infernale. La vmc de la salle de bain équivaut au décollage d’un avion et ne s’arrête que longtemps après avoir éteint la lumière, chasse d’eau qui coule, évier qui ne s’écoule pas… bref, tout ce cumul fait que l’expérience a été très négative. Je suis très surprise des notes sur hotels.com (qui ont fait que j’ai choisi cet établissement)… qui n’ont rien à voir avec ceux sur d autres sites… si j’avais su…
