friendly hotel which matters a lot to me. However, my Golden Retriever could not possibly fit in the tiny lift and I found it very difficult to climb to the 2nd floor repeatedly. Next time I would have to be on the ground floor.

"This was a charming but rustic property. I expected that, as I read the age of the hotel. Tub/shower was a bit rickety, but clean. The rooms are heated with radiators that are on timers...you cannot control the temp yourself. Food at their restaurant was great. The place just needs a bit of TLC."
