L'Ardiden was an unexpected delight. It's perched above a river with great mountain views from the rooms and a small balcony. The room was plain, but clean and modern and the bathroom was quite clean and spacious. The location is near the thermal baths, a bit removed from Luz St. Sauveur; however, I preferred being away from the traffic in Luz. It's about a 10 minute walk into Luz. This is a great place to experience Luz, Gavarnie and other regional attractions.

This was a perfect room for our pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had a room with four twin sized beds for the two of us. It gave us lots of room to spread out our luggage from our multi-week travels.
