8/10 Very good

We arrived late as part of a business trip, the woman at the desk was lovely. We left early, no one was at the desk, we had no clue how to check out and there was an electric gate, which is great for security, but meant we could not leave and wasted about 20 mins looking for a member of staff. Would have been good if someone had mentioned this. The pillows were very flimsy but it was clean and good otherwise.

It’s not the Waldorf, but it’s good enough and staff very helpful. Thank you.

THE NEW ONE KEY REWARDS SYSTEM IS A RIP OFF

The new One Key rewards system to which we have been forcibly moved is a rip off. Reduced from 10% to 2% including bookings made under the old system. I will not use Hotels.com again

Chambre propre mais le chauffage ne fonctionnait

8/10 Very good

8/10 Very good

Super Schliessanlage!!!! Mercie Direction
