8/10 Very good

Clean room. Basic breakfast (European style - croissants, bread, cold cut meats, hard boiled eggs, etc. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I’d add that I wish the rooms had more conventional shampoo, conditioner, soap as an offering. Some of the rooms didn’t prevent noise, hearing footsteps above, etc. Spa area was nice and well kept and a fun experience. We had a view of the river which was a highlight for sure. Overall it’s a convenient location for exploring all Lourdes have to offer at an affordable price.

Extremely comfortable hotel in Lourdes. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning during a week of heat dome (very high temperatures) was a huge relief!
