Customer service was superb. They went above and beyond to help. I asked for late check out of 1 roomby 1 hour, they agreed and helped me move the luggage from the other room. Gave me the keys for both rooms though it was near checking out time. Few hours later realised left my jacket in the room, they liased with the housekeeping to find my jacket. We were rushing as it was getting late for our flight. I was very upset as it was a designer jacket. They understood snd very helpful.

Tw

We visited for a 2 night stay as we wanted to visit the churches. The location was very good and it was a short walk to the grotto and lors of shops bars and cafes. Check in was good. We had a lovely lady who made us so welcome. Our room was basic with 2 beds and clean linnen. We had a tv which was very old and small we couldnt seem to make it work. The bathroom had been modernised and it was very well done. We didn't eat so can not comment. Its a very functional and convient place to stay and was good value for money.

The hotel has the hardest beds I’ve ever slept on. My husband and I were aching from the hard beds

I like that it’s so closed to the Basilica. The room layout is so awkward. It’s hot.

This hotel is located on a small hill but there's a lift available, really close to Lourdes Sanctuary. Please be sure than you'll have a scheduled transport in advance because is not so easy to find it. Not a lot far from train station and you can walk it if necessary...if you're a healthy person. Nice place.

Just to give comment on the rubbish bin provided in the room , only one in the toilet. Not good at all.
