The location was perfect -away from the congestion and noise of town with an amazing view. It is also right off bike path and the bike rental on property was key. The staff was so amazing!
The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.
The cows in the pasture next door and the sound of their bells made for an extraordinarily good stay.
The view from our room was of forests, pastures and mountains. The location in a village on the side of the hill was charming.

Exactly what we wanted in a small provincial authentic setting, excellent location for lake access, shopping, eating out & public transportation. Priced right. Our only complaint was there was no English speaking TV channels
The location was perfect. It was close to the train and bus station, as well as the beautiful waterfront dining and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice balcony, hot shower, comfortable beds, nice linens. The staff were very friendly. They stored our bags for no additional charge after checkout while we explored the town. I would highly recommend. It was perfect for us.
Stay here for three nights and relax after TMB hiking. Very convenient location for bus and go to old town. Have air condition but effect is not very good. WiFi is not working some times and login everytime I want to connect.
We were here for 1 night and stayed in the standard room. The room consisted of 1 king bed, bathroom with towel warmer and stand up steam shower, kitchen area, and dinning nook. Overall we were quite pleased. We arrived in Annecy around 8a via train. Originally we were concerned about what to do with our bags until the 4p check-in. The worry was not needed, because we were able to drop our bags off by 9a at the attached craperie (which is also where you check-in) and we were in the room by noon...
We chose Novotel for its convenient location 150 meters from the train station. It turned out to be a great choice all around; we enjoyed an executive room, as well as very good meals in the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly, helpful, and were all English speakers.
During a busy period this hotel offered what we needed: a room for 4 adults and a room for 1 adult. Nice staff. Not very far from center. Close to highways and attractions on the West of Annecy (gorges du Fier, etc)
