Great hotel, friendly staff, made use of the heated pool over our four day stay, we loved the terrace above the pool for eating our breakfast bought from the bakery in reception and late afternoon cocktails. Great location, close to the old town of Annecy and a great view of the lake from the terrace. We had classic double rooms and they were very well equipped. Cannot comment on hotel breakfast as we did room only but the bakery was great for breakfast, lunch and beautiful pastries. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful one night stay on a driving trip. They had on site parking that I reserved in advance. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. It was convenient to walk into the medieval part of town. Also was close to walk by the lake. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very convenient location, by the lake with and a short stroll to town. Rooms were well appointed and very clean. I appreciated the still and sparking water fountains on each floor, with reusable bottles available. Underground parking was very helpful, staff let us park after we checked out for a time, as we went back into the town. Pool and patio areas are lovely and the cafe had all we needed (we didn’t make it to the first floor restaurant). Staff were very friendly and helpful, gracious with my limited French and switched to English as needed.

This is a perfect option for Annecy- situated on the lake within walking distance to the Plage des Marquisats and also to the historic centre. The hotel is very well maintained and the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the terrace bar overlooking the lake, and the pool. If you have a car, parking is very conveniently situated on the premises.

The pictures do not adequately represent this property! The hotel's design is clean and modern, and the interior of the room was streamlined and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, pool area, bakery and e-bike rental. During peak tourist season, we were particularly happy to be a bit removed from the crowd in the Vieux Ville. The staff was very accommodating, offering prompt assistance with our questions both before and during our stay.

The location was excellent. Easy to walk to the old part of town, close to parks and the lake. We were able to walk into town, explore, head back for a break and then go right back exploring. Breakfast was very good and the eating area and patio were fantastic. The first lady that met us upon check in wasn't very friendly but the rest of the staff were excellent.
