Best Western Premier Toronto Airport Carlingview Hotel
8/10 Good
"This is a convienent hotel to the airport with a restaurant on the premises. There is a complimentary shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and back but one must phone the hotel upon arrival at the airport to arrange a pickup."
"I was not informed that they were testing the alarms. I was hoping to rest but it was difficult as both days I was there the alarms were going off. I wish I would of been told before making the reservation. I found out once I heard the alarms. Even though it was posted on the elevators, etc. I arrived late at night and did not noticed them and the staff didn’t tell me. Not so happy about this one 😢"
"Price is reasonable, good location except for the parking but you can always drop your suitcase at the check in and then park your vehicle.
It doesn't have a magnifying mirror for your make up and you don't have access to the balcony, it's always locked."
"The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was lackluster, but was served until 11am which was nice. We were disapppointed however to find that although there were ev chargers in the parking lot, we couldn't use them because they had not been maintained throughout the winter, so the QR codes were too faded to scan.
Overall, the place was acceptable for the price we paid."
"The room wasn’t the cleanest place, i mean it was okay but they certainly could do a deeper clean. The shower could’ve had a better clean. Webs in the corner of the rooms. The staff were very friendly though. Our room came with complimentary breakfast which was absolutely terrible. We tried it once and never again. The beds and pillows allowed me to have one of the best sleeps i’ve ever had in my life! Very comfy!! "
"The bathroom curtain was a bit dirty and some of the drawers in the room was a little dirty. But the location of the hotel was good and the staff was good as well. "
"Excellent location. Great view. Too bad the pool was closed. We could have gotten great photos of the CN tower. But despite that, I see no other negative about this hotel"
