Pool was closed and the spa doesn't operate during the week. None of this was clear on the website when booking. I wouldn't have stayed here if I had known. The restaurant staff and porters were incredibly friendly and helpful. I called the front desk and was put on hold until I ended up hanging up. Would suggest they just say they will call you back. I could have continued packing and getting ready.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have enjoyed each stay. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The area has shopping and restaurants near by but there is not a lot of variety in the restaurants (it's almost all sushi and noodle restaurants), and I would not describe the area as "walkable". You can walk places, of course, but it is not really a pleasant walk for the 1-2 KMs (one way) it would take to get to stores/restaurants because it is a high-traffic area. Typically you would be getting in the car and driving a short distance somewhere. That is just something to be aware of and not a criticism of the hotel. There is a restaurant, a full-service bar, and a cafe on site. The food in the restaurant is good (not great, not excellent, but good) and not exorbitantly priced.

The overall experience of this Presidential Suite is truly excellent! The rooms are spacious, bright and clean, with beautiful scenery. The space and style are definitely suitable for hosting a wedding party. Bar table and wine cabinets are highly textured in design, combined with comfortable sofas, the entire atmosphere and facilities are impressive. The only downside is indeed the lack of some basic tableware (Utensils), such as knives and forks or spoons (Spoon & Fork). If you are holding a party or enjoying a meal in your room, it is indeed a bit inconvenient without these gadgets. I would highly recommend to all valuable customers 👍❤️

Room have enough space for 4 adults and very clean. Pool and gym were big and nice to have. Too bad the they close at 7pm in the weekends. The staff was not nice or welcoming, especially at the front desk. Not even a “thank you” after checking out. Would not say that this is what I expect as a 4 stats hotels when it comes to the services. The body wash was empty when I took my shower the first night and had to ask multiples times to get enough amenities for 4 people even though I specified the quantities I wanted…

We stayed at a corner suite, it was spacious and clean. There is a mini fridge, we wish there is a microwave inside the room so we didn't have to reheat food behind the lobby. Staff are friendly and provide great service. Cleaning staff make sure we have everything and are always helpful.
