This was our second stay. We expected a larger whirlpool tub. Our first time we had a bigger room. Great room service. Friendly staff. Nice safe area.

8/10 Very good

This place was really nice staff was very polite and helpful my only complaint is the breakfast a continental breakfast every where I’ve been has eggs and bacon and sausage so when I got my breakfast vouchers I was so disappointed to find out that all I got was a bread and a little bit of sliced fruit and porridge was all that was offered that being probably won’t stay there next time I will look elsewhere

The overall experience is fine. The location is very good. Just that the food provided by the bar is not ideal - I got over-grilled food twice (breakfast and dinner).

We stay here quite often and never have a problem. Our room is always as described. My only complaint would be if they would prepare a packed breakfast for the people that need to check out early. We usually give lots of notice and they always say they will see but when we check in they tell us it isn't possible. Not sure what is so difficult about packing it up from the breakfast the day we are checking in and just leaving in a bag in a fridge.

In all fairness to the hotel staff, they were packed due to several major events the weekend we stayed. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, but we were not told we needed vouchers from them to benefit from the complimentary continental breakfast. The breakfast

The staff was prompt and courteous at check in. My room was neat and well cleaned. At night the hall and floor were quiet. Shower was wonderful after a day of walking around Toronto. Honestly I'd stay there again.

Parking was great Staff were excellent....gold star! Only a couple things l would suggest......the double interior doors should have a button to press to open. I saw staff having a tough time getting the cleaning carts through them perhaps coffee could be available outside the eating area when gate is pulled shut after morning breakfast
