This is a small traditional Swiss Alpine Hotel that has been owned and run by Sami and Melanie Perren. They are always around to help make your stay enjoyable. The main part of the hotel has traditional alpine rooms many with views of the Matterhorn. There is an adjoining building with up to 3 bedroom suites. Very nice hotel. So close to the train station. A 2 minute walk. Wonderful full breakfast is included with beautiful out side seating on the 6th floor. Staff is so helpful. We needed a power converter and they were able to supply it no problem. Can't say enough about this wonderful hotel.

This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The location is excellent, right on the main road in Zermatt. Nice breakfast included in the price. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
