"Staff went out of their way to value the customers offering assistance when needed, nightly beverages and snacks as well as free breakfast which was great Add in a pool n fitness center in a great downtown location n this place is a 10 outta 10"

"The room were very nice as well as the hotel staff. The bar in the hotel was not as pleasant as I hoped. the bartender was not very attentive and took a really long time to wait on us. Overall it was nice. "

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"
