Superb location, very friendly and helpful staff. Lobby and Bar area very nice, felt room was a bit tired and could do with some decoration, however was clean. Bar wasn’t open for as long as could’ve been, would’ve preferred it to be open later. I would stay again if in Chicago.

GREAT LOCATION! In the middle of Magnificent Mile and convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and sights. The hotel is old but relatively well maintained. The room was large but the bathroom was small. We had a couple next door that was arguing loudly at 2am -- not really a fault of the hotel. Not a luxury experience but the price was right!

I had a wonderful stay! The red line is about an 8 minute walk to/from hotel if you’re flying in. The hotel overall is a tiny bit dated but nothing is worn down or dirty. Rooms were spacious & the 5th floor where I stayed was nice and quiet, I will remember that when I come back to visit!

The room was dirty and damaged upon arrival. There were hairs on the floor of the room and bathroom. The towel rack was damaged and pulled off of the wall. The sink handle was broken. Besides that the stay was alright. Staff were helpful and the location was perfect. You’re right down by a lot of attractions that are within walking distance so no need to find and pay for parking.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Has daily housekeeping service which is nice, bedding and linens are good quality. Rooms are fairly simple but functional, bathroom is small but plenty of hot water. Wifi was horrible in our room, even the SmartTV lost signal, maybe our location close to the elevators. Got plenty of signal in the lobby. Good location near shops and restuarants on the Magnificent Mile, but can be quite noisy from the street plus emergency vehicles heading to the hospital down the block. There is no restaurant just a snack bar for mornings and vending machine for evenings. No room service. Plenty of food options close by. Bar is open in evening for 5 days. Bartender is great.
