Loved this hotel, and would definitely stay here next time we come to Chicago. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient, on the Magnificent Mile, walking distance, or a short bus ride to Millennium Park, the Art Institute, Symphony Hall, Riverwalk, the Lyric Opera House, Museum of Contemporary Art, Navy Pier and great restaurants. The hotel restaurant was great, food well prepared and well presented. The staff was friendly, professional and always helpful. We cannot say enough good things about this place!

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were very professional, polite and always pleasant. Great location and the Martini bar and restaurant were wonderful! The only real negative was that the carpeting on our floor looked totally water stained and had a musty smell. That being the only negative I would definitely stay there again and recommend this beautiful hotel.
